As an FCA-authorised firm (FRN 1003843), VA Investments holds permissions across the following regulated activities, each delivered exclusively to professional and institutional clients:
We act as arranger for Private Equity and Private Debt transactions, as well as structured investment products including AIFs, Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs), Credit-Linked Notes, and Bond Repack structures.
We provide strategic advisory on investments with a specific focus on private markets, deal origination, and market scouting, tailored to institutional and qualified investors.
We hold an asset management licence and can operate as asset managers, handling trade execution through regulated SPV custodians and brokers, without client money custody.
We act as third-party capital raiser for Private Equity, Private Debt, and Alternative and Emerging Funds, and as first-level broker for alternative investment products on the secondary market.
As an FCA-authorised person, VA Investments is permitted to approve and communicate financial promotions in compliance with applicable rules. We manage investor communications, reporting cadence, and ongoing relationship management across the full transaction lifecycle — ensuring that investor engagement is maintained to institutional standard from first introduction through to post-closing.
